Will Tej Miss This Great Opportunity?

Sai Tej’s younger brother Vaishnav Tej is making his debut with a rural backdrop love story Uppena that also marks directorial debut of Buchi Babu Sana and heroine Krithi Shetty’s debut in Tollywood. Meanwhile, Coronavirus outbreak is scaring makers of Uppena as several films supposed to release during Udagi and first week of April got postponed.

Although makers of Uppena didn’t make any official announcement, the film is most likely to be postponed to other date. They will go with original plans, if things come to normalcy in next few days or else they will postpone it.

Vaishnav Tej, however, will miss a great opportunity, if Uppena stands postponed. April 2nd is actually good time for release, as summer holidays will begin in most of the educational institutions in April. Given, the film is carrying enthusiastic reports with songs getting good response, Uppena will have good openings, if it releases on April 2nd or else the film will face tough competition from other biggies scheduled for release in April second half and in May.
