Nagarjuna was one of the top stars in his heydays and he is still giving tough fight to young heroes by doing different genre films. He is presently starring in Manmadhudu 2 and has lined up few more projects. He allegedly accepted to host Bigg Boss 3. More importantly, Nag’s elder son Naga Chaitanya scored a blockbuster after long time with Majili which also starred his daughter-in-law Samantha.

However, one thing that is bothering Nagarjuna to the core is flop streak of his younger son Akkineni Akhil. Despite roping in successful directors for Akhil, the young hero is yet to score his first hit. He will next team up with Bommarillu Bhaskar for a romantic entertainer to be bankrolled by Allu Aravind.

Reports suggested that, Allu Aravind doesn’t want to invest high budget on the film, owing to Akhil’s flop track record. It is also heard that, Nagarjuna decided to allocate some funds for the film, as not to disappoint his son. More than anything else, a hit for Akhil can only content Nagarjuna.

On the other hand, Allu Aravind who is very close to Nagarjuna is also in similar situation with his younger son Allu Sirish failing to score hits and attain stardom like his elder son Allu Arjun who is currently one of the top stars in Tollywood. Sirish’s recent outing ABCD, remake of Malayalam film of same title, has got lukewarm response from critics and audience alike. The film is likely to end as a disaster.

Apparently, Allu Aravind is worried a lot about Allu Sirish’s career. No star director is keen to work with Sirish and no producer is daring to invest even moderate budget. Though Allu Aravind is said to be requesting directors in his camp to come up with a winning script, they are not showing any interest.

If Allu Sirish’s flop streak continues for few more films, he would be forced to take up production responsibilities, it seems!
