Amaravati: YS to Crush It! Pawan to Build It

The selection of three crop yielding fertile land as the capital of newly formed AP was the historical blunder committed by TDP government. Since the capital area Amaravati was surrounded by one particular caste people, the ruling TDP allegedly chose the area for AP's capital. 

Eventually, most of the TDP's top leaders and their close kin invested huge capital in Amaravati. AP CM Chandrababu Naidu too treated Amaravati as his dream project. 

If TDP loses power, what could be the fate of Amaravati? If at all TDP loses the power, either YS Jagan or Power Star Pawan Kalyan will become the new CM of AP..

Under such circumstances what would be the perspective of YS Jagan and Pawan Kalyan on Amaravati? YSRCP's loyalists are already openly declaring that capital would be shifted either to Kadapa or Kurnool from Amaravati. "Our boss (YS Jagan) is immensely disgusted with Amaravati being the capital of AP. Both Kadapa and Kurnool are backward areas. As such, he may shift capital to Kadapa/Kurnool," affirms a staunch follower of YS Jagan. 

Even Janasena chief has also contemplated to shift the capital to Vizag. "North Andhra is the most backward area of AP. If at all Vizag is made the capital, entire North Andhra would be developed more than like anything. Hence, Pawan Kalyan actually wished to get the capital city shifted to Vizag," a Janasainik said.

"However, Janasena may not get full majority in this triangular fight. It needs TDP's support to form government. A Raja guruvu is all set to unite Janasena and TDP to ensure a coalition government is established. For Raja guruvu and Chandrababu Naidu, Amaravati is the most important thing than CM post at the moment. Since Pawan Kalyan is not interested to extended support to TDP to form government under any circumstances, TDP has to make Pawan Kalyan the CM in coalition government. But then, both Raja guruvu and TDP's head may set a condition to Pawan Kalyan to continue building the capital city in Amaravati itself. If at all Amaravati is safe upto 2024, TDP will come to power with full majority in 2024 and Nara Lokesh would develop Amaravati as an international city as a CM," a TDP contestant from Krishna district has asserted.
