Anything can happen in film industry and now surprising news is coming out that Raviteja who endeared himself to masses with his powerful high voltage and energetic commercial entertainers is planning to turn director by wielding the mega phone.
It is known that of late, Raviteja is reeling under string of flops and he is now pinning all his hopes on his upcoming projects- Disco Raja with VI Anand and Theri remake tentatively titled as Kanakadurga with Santosh Srinivas.
In the meantime sources reveal that Raviteja recently narrated a story to Nandamuri hero Kalyan Ram who is on a high with the success of the thriller 118. Kalyan Ram who got bowled by Raviteja's narration even got ready to make it on his NTR Arts banner.
Kalyan Ram forged a good relationship with Raviteja when he produced Raviteja's Kick2. Though the film bombed at the box office, their bonding strengthened. With that closeness, Raviteja narrated the story to Kalyan Ram. It is not clear whether Raviteja decided to turn director due to his current plight as a hero or to have a change in his profession.
Earlier too legends like NTR and Krishna tasted success as directors. However they directed their own films and did not become a burden by directing other stars.
