Sleep Tight, PAF Is Awake: Too Funny

A fan account named Pakistan Defence dedicated to Pakistan Army in its Twitter handle at around 12:30 AM on Tuesday posted a tweet praising the Pakistani Air Force for their alertness. Three and a half hours later means at 3:30 AM, Indian Air Force carried out airstrikes in Balakot in Khyber Pakhtunwa in Pakistan. The tweet has gone viral.

India woke up today to the news of the Indian Air Force attacking terror camps deep within Khyber Pakhtunwa in Pakistan. Indian Air Force jets crossed the Line of Control, flew into Pakistan and destroyed Jaish-e-Mohammad's biggest terror camp. 

India's airstrike came just 12 days after the dastardly terror attack by JeM on a Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) convoy in Jammu and Kashmir's Pulwama that left 40 CRPF jawans dead.

The fan account of Pakistan Army tweeted at 12.06am on Tuesday night, "Sleep tight because PAF is awake." #PakistanZindabad." Twitterati certainly responded to the tweet in the best possible way with memes and jokes:

Former Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Omar Abdullah responded saying, "This one will be filed under "tweets we wish we hadn't put out but can't delete now". Don't worry we all have them just not on this scale perhaps."
