Maverick director Ram Gopal Varma is known for his extremely bold ways of filmmaking. He never gets intimidated and comes up with powerful entertainers. Movie lovers cannot forget how he dared everyone to make films like Raktha Charitra, Bejawada, Vangaveeti, Veerappan and how he is now daring the powers that be with his upcoming entertainer Lakshmi's NTR.

He made many films highlighting the underground mafia nexus in Mumbai with politicians and film personalities in films like Sarkar, Sakar Raj, Company, Contract etc. But many are wondering why Rgv isn’t taking films attacking Pakistan exposing its terrorism, dual standards etc.

Many feel that Rgv is missing golden opportunity as terrorism connect chords with North movie lovers and Bollywood filmmakers came up with many films based on terrorism. One cannot forget how Sunny Deol, Ajay Devgn, Amitabh Bachchan and others starred in many patriotic films taking on Pakistan.

Recently Uri, film on surgical strikes turned out to be a blockbuster. Wonder why Rgv who is known for his media savvy ways is missing such golden opportunity. Why is Rgv scared of making those bold entertainers?

Some say Rgv got rattled after the controversy during 26/11 Mumbai attacks. It is known that when Rgv along with the then CM of Maharashtra Vilas Rao Deshmukh, visited Taj hotel, within days after the attack and this triggered huge outrage. Rgv was forced to apologize after many blasted him for his insensitivity and trying to make film and money out of the tragedy.

Rgv later came up with a film on 26/11 as suspected, titled The Attacks of 26/11 and it won critical acclaim. Rgv as usual surprised all by casting Kasab look alike in the film. Rgv fans expect him to overcome that fear and show his power by taking films highlighting Pakistan double standards on screen in Bollywood.
