Chiru Requests, Vijay Accepts

Mega Star Chiranjeevi’s nephew and Sai Dharam Tej’s younger brother Panja Vaishnav Tej is making his acting debut in Sukumar’s production. The film billed to be a love story set in village backdrop is directed by Sukumar’s protégé Buchi Babu Sana. Devi Sri Prasad is the music director.

As per a grapevine, Tamil talented actor Vijay Sethupathi is finalized to play antagonist in the film. As is known, Vijay is playing one of the key roles in Chiranjeevi’s ongoing project Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy. Chiru liked Vijay’s performance in his film, so he is said to have asked to be part of his nephew’s film as well. Vijay who is willing to make his mark in Telugu cinema has accepted to star in Vaishnav Tej’s film.

Vijay Sethupathi is one of the successful actors in south cinema. Though most of his films did well at box office, he is not confining himself to do only protagonist roles. He was last seen in a negative role in super star Rajinikanth’s Petta released in Telugu as Peta.
