Ram Charan Reveals His VVR Ordeal

Mega Power Star macho looks in his upcoming entertainer Vinaya Vidheya Rama which is releasing on Jan 11 is becoming the talk of the T-Town. All are in awe with Ram Charan remarkable transformation and the stunning six pack abs show left all in awe.

Now everyone is waiting to watch Cherry's powerful macho looks and six packs sensation on screen when the film graces the theaters. Speaking to scribes Ram Charan revealed the pain and ordeal he underwent to get the look.

Confessing that it required lot of hard work he said it wasn't easy as in his previous film Rangasthalam, he sported a completely lean look with zero muscle. He added that Boyapati gave him only two months time while it takes normally six months to undergo the remarkable transformation.

He said however since the brief was clear, he just got going. Revealing his diet chart he said for the first 12 hours every day, he used to have small meals comprising of clean, organic food including eggs, almond milk, soup, brown rice, nuts, salads, fish and lots of vegetables every three hours. He said after that he survived only on liquid diet sipping water.

Continuing, Cherry said his day began working for three to four hours every day starting with 50 minutes cardio before shooting and another 30 minutes of cardio in the evening and followed it with an hour and a half of strength and heavy weight training with specific exercises for abs, glutes, inner thighs, back, chest, triceps and calves through the week. He said he kept his diet clean and lean and consumed lots of water.

Recollecting his shooting experience in Azerbaizan, Charan said going shirtless in 3-7 degrees temperature with mud all over was very challenging. He thanked Boyapati for making it possible pushing him to the extremes and said he needs more such kind of directors to motivate him in such a manner.
