Bollywood Actress Lauds NTR

Bollywood starlet Vidya Balan is known for her versatile, powerful and bold performances on silver screen. She is making her entry into Tollywood by starring in Natasimha Balakrishna's prestigious biopic on his dad, legendary actor and politician NTR under the direction of Krish.

Vidya Balan is playing the role of NTR's wife Basavatarakam in the film and already her expressions and emotions shown in the trailer are becoming the talking point. Speaking to scribes on her birthday, Vidya Balan said she felt that she will not get better opportunity to enter Tollywood than this film and decided to do the film at once after interacting with Vishnuvardhan Induri and Balakrishna.

Vidya Balan said she got attracted to NTR's film journey, twists in his political journey and the role played by his wife Basavatarakam. She informed that she heard about NTR when she came to her grandmother's house in Hyderabad and they spoke about him like he’s a God. She said Balakrishna surprised her with his energy and resemblance to his dad NTR on the sets. 

She further said Balakrishna used to show her the snaps of his dad and share many interesting things about him.
