Tamil Superstar Rajinikanth and director Shankar's visual spectacle 2.0 opened with decent collections across the globe. The film was released in Telugu, Tamil and Hindi languages.

And now, Lyca Productions, the producers of the film have decided to release the movie in China. However the press note of Lyca Productions shocks many. According to it the film's Chinese dubbed version would hit in 10000 theatres with a total screen count of 56000 and 47000 of them are of 3D screens. Lyca Productions will be collaborating with China's popular production and distribution company HY Media.

But then, according to a China's popular media's statistical reports China has a total of 9965 theatres which have a sum of 54165 screens. In such scenario, the press note of 2.0's team turns out to be a huge blunder. Even if the film gets released in all screens of China, the number won't get matched with the total screen count of China.

"Perhaps, the makers claimed it 56000 instead of 5600 screens in their press note," opines an observer. While another observer opined it could be a fake number to grab the attention of movie lovers for better mileage of the film in India.

It must be remembered that Aamir Khan's biggest earner Dangal was released in 9000 screens across China and became the biggest grosser among Indian films.

At the trade, 2.0 is doing decent business with its Hindi version while it faced hiccups in Telugu and Tamil languages.
