In most of the films, heroines are getting confined to glamour doll roles. They appear in a few romantic scenes and couple of songs. In the majority of the films that have big star cast, heroines roles are becoming dummies. This shows what kind of respect industry has towards heroines.

Directors who are known to come up with good powerful message oriented films too are confining their heroines to just sidekicks. Now the new trend of sidelining heroines is reaching new heights. Even in the film's teasers and trailers, heroines are not getting any space. This phenomenon is seen in top stars films too.

The much touted Aravinda Samatha featuring Ntr, though got a female name in the title, did not highlight the role of heroine in the teaser also. Even Ram Charan's Vinaya Vidheya Rama teaser too did not have any space for the heroine.

Same is the case with Mahesh Babu's Bharat Ane Nenu. Earlier in Ram Charan's Rangasthalam and Mahesh Babu's Spyder, heroines did not get any screen presence even in the teasers.

Till sometime back, at least for an obligation makers used to present heroines for a second. But now they are doing away with heroines even from teasers, trailers and this is gross injustice to talented hotties.
