Anushka Is Just Second Option

Former CM of Tamil Nadu, Puratchi Thalaivi Jayalalithaa endeared herself to all as ‘Amma’. Her tragic demise left a void in Tamil Nadu politics. In the meantime many filmmakers are gearing up to come up with a biopic on Jayalalithaa. Already directors like AL Vijay, Priyadarshan and Bharati Raja are making their preparations to pay floral tributes to Jayalalithaa on silver screen in their own style.

In the meantime Bharati Raja’s version is generating tremendous interest. Inside talk is he already contacted Aishwarya Rai and Anushka for the role of Jayalalithaa. If Aishwaraya Rai gives green signal for the film, then the project will get nation wide attention. Bharati Raja is keen to rope in Aishwaraya Rai for his project  and if she says no, he already made up his mind to cast Sweety Anushka.

Plans are on to launch the film in December. Bharati Raja is considering Puratchi Thalaivi or Amma as the title for the biopic.
