This Is How Babu Was Cheated!

Jagapathi Babu who completed three decades in the industry is basking under the glory of spy thriller Goodachari. Speaking to scribes, he said before Balakrishna’s Legend, which marked his remarkable transformation from a hero to powerful villain, he thought his film journey came to an end.

Jagapathi Babu recollected how during his debut film, for which Mega Star Chiranjeevi gave clap, completed a difficult scene by doing skating and standing in front of him. He said during that time he thought he would become a star but much to his shock, he became a flop star.

Jagapathi Babu who tasted 10-12 flops thanked everyone for imposing faith in him. He indeed came to know about his 30 years journey through paper. He did Goodachari believing director Sashi and producers too believed Adivi Sesh who wasn’t a star before the film. He said after watching the film, he felt that he shouldn’t have taken remuneration. He didn’t feel like returning back and revealed that the team which was smaller than that of a short film crew, worked hard 24/7 without any proper equipment.

He said the team cheated him without his knowledge by capturing many scenes and included all of them in the film much to his shock. He said no one knew about his presence in the film and thanked media for maintaining the secret. He revealed he didn’t do acting in Gaayam and Ram Gopal Varma showed his face in such manner. He promised to call Goodachari team if they make another film, and added that they needn’t to tell him the story, but ask for dates and he will readily allot them.
