Sai Dharam Tej scored double hat trick with Tej I Love. Yes, the film directed by Karunakaran is sixth consecutive flop for the mega hero whose previous films Thikka, Winner, Nakshatram, Jawaan and Intelligent too ended as disasters.
Tej got disaster talk on day one itself and distributors are expected to incur huge losses. In fact, the continuous flops are taking toll on SDT’s market. Compared to previous films, Tej had done only decent pre-release business. He needs to score a big hit to prove his stamina or else he will face serious problems.
SDT will soon join hands with director Kishore Tirumala whose last movie Vunnadi Okate Zindagi was a dud at box office. However, Kishore who is also a good writer is said to have prepared a winning script this time. In fact, this is the reason how he could get the approval from producers of Mythri Movie Makers who has the knack of judging scripts.
The film titled Chitralahari is billed to be a pure family entertainer. SDT hopes he can come back strongly with Chitralahari.
