She oozed adequate oomph in Kalyan Ram's Naa Nuvve and is now repositioning herself as a item girl. Inside talk is she is demanding a whopping sum for special songs. She recently was offered a special song in Naga Chaitanya's Savyasachi. 

But, as per reports, though she adjusted her dates, everything backfired at the last moment. As the release date is fast approaching, the makers who planned the item song shoot were forced to schedule their US schedule too on the same day. Now after their return, Tamannaah got busy with the Queen Telugu version That is Mahalakshmi in Hyderabad. Now Savyasachi team is scouting for other heroine to complete the item special. 

Naga Chaitanya is romancing Nidhi Agarwal in the film while he is dancing to the remix of his dad Nagarjuna's hit song Ninu Roadu Meeda Choosinadi from Allari Alludu.
