It has become a historical day for AICC as its vice president has been promoted the president of the oldest political party of India replacing his mother Sonia Gandhi.

Rahul Gandhi happens to be the sixth member of Nehru and Gandhi dynasty to hold the responsibilities of the Congress party.

Rahul Gandhi, however, took the charges amidst tough circumstances being faced by the party. He is supposed to question the administrative blunders of BJP and is doing his job in a righteous way. Anyway, Rahul Gandhi should lead the Congress army to win the election battle in 2019 to get the party rejuvenated.
