DJ Status in Kerala

Stylish Star Allu Arjun's DJ Duvvada Jagannadham has been dubbed into Malayalam as 'Dhruvaraja Jagannadh. The film hit the screens on August 11 and received mixed talk from the audience. The numbers recorded on day one were also not upto the expectations. 

However, the film fared decently on Saturday and Sunday and collected a sum of Rs.1.50 crores by the end of its first weekend. Allu Arjun's previous blockbuster Sarrainodu's Malayalam version accumulated Rs.4 crores in the territory. It remains to be seen if DJ Malayalam version would cross Sarrainodu or not. 

Allu Arjun is currently donning protagonist in patriotic entertainer Naa Peru Surya Naa Illu India. Anu Emmanuel pairs up with the Stylish Star while Vishal-Sekhar will score music. Writer turned director Vakkantham Vamsi directs the movie on Lagadapati Sridhar's Ramalakshmi Creations. The movie is slated for release on April 27, 2018.
