Eversince Rajamouli’s Magadheera happened and turned out to be an industry hit, many of the enthusiastic and passionate film makers tried a hand on this genre but left in burns. It was only our Jakanna able to deliver a pan India appealing flick again with Baahubali: The Conclusion.

After Baahubali, the urge to make movies in this creative folklore fiction genre grew manifold and there are talks going on ways to recreate the magic of Jakanna’s celluloid wonder. One such director with similar thoughts is none other than most happening director after Rajamouli and current blockbuster director Boyapati Sreenu.

Yes, Boyapati has other plans when it comes to execution. If Rajamouli made Baahubali with star heroes, Boyapati wants to experiment the same with young new hero. We all know how the appropriate casting by Rajamouli did wonders by achieving unheard collections in the history of Indian Cinema.

With newcomers, can we think of Boyapati creating same magic and get people flock theatres to watch his movie again and again?

‘I may direct a film like Baahubali with newcomer because a big hero brings in more hype which isn’t needed and that will also suppress the value of content. A young and fresh hero can do more justice to the film and I’ve to see when I could take off with this project,’ says Boyapati.

Till date, Boyapati Sreenu is a brand for high voltage action sequences and succeeded with yesterday released Jaya Janaki Nayaka. But, handling Baahubali like project is by no means directing a Simha, Legend or Sarrainodu. Definitely, Boyapati knows this better than any other Telugu director.
