Fidaa US Sensation, $2M on Cards!!

The long wait of Mega Prince Varun Tej has been ended. His latest offing Fidaa has taken both Indian and US box offices by storm followed by unanimous positive reports on day one of its release. 

Especially, Fidaa stood as a humongous hit in Overseas. As we reported earlier, the film minted $363.325 in 130 locations by Friday. On Saturday, the movie accumulated reported hourly gross $301k from 113 locations (11pm est). Going by the collection trends, the movie may breach $1M by either Monday or Tuesday. Also, Fidaa is anticipated to cross $1.5M in full run if not $2M. 

At the domestic box office, no much difference in collections between day one and day two was observed which is huge. In Nizam the movie collected Rs.1.42 crores on day one while it minted Rs.1.40 crores share on day two. In Ceded and Andhra also, the film has collected equal shares on both days.

Since it being a Sunday today and there are no big oppositions in other screens, Fidaa will spin more money at the ticket windows.

Even though Varun Tej's previous films couldn't live upto the expectations, as an actor Varun Tej's performance was never criticized by the critics. Fidaa's success is definitely a game changer for his career.
