Amazing: Indian Women Team Enters Finals of World Cup

Harmanpreet Kaur's amazing ton made India beat Australia by 36 runs and entered finals of ICC Women's World Cup 2017 at County Grounds, Derby on Thursday, 20th of July. 

Having won the toss Indian captain Mithali Raj chose to bat first. Though there were initial hiccups with the loss of a few wickets, Harmeenpreet, with her marvellous performance made India get a victory in the second semi final of the world cup against Australia. She scored 171 runs.

Although Alex Blackwell scored top with her scintillating performance of 90 off 56 balls, women in yellow had to get surrendered to India at last. 

India will take on England in finals on 23rd of this month.

The mesmerizing victory of Indian women cricket team has been a great inspiration to youth of India now. They are just one step away clinching the world cup, 2017. Let's wish the women would bring cheers to a billion plus Indians winning the cup.
