Krish Historical Wonder @ National Level?

Slowly but steadily Krish is emerging as a master filmmaker of period entertainers. The director's versatility is reflected in films such as Vedam, Krishnam Vande Jagadhgurum, Kanche and recent hit Gauthamiputra Satakarni. 

According to the cooked up stories of national media houses, the director triggers yet another historical entertainer on a wider platform. He will be directing the biopic of none other than the courageous woman personality of medieval India, Rani of Jhansi aka Rani Lakshmi Bai. 

Kangana Ranaut has reportedly been chosen as the protagonist of this exciting script. The title of the film has been confirmed as 'Manikarnika' which is the birth name of Lakshmi Bai. The movie will be made in Telugu, Hindi and Tamil.

A top production house from Bollywood will produce the movie. Krish is hoping to hit the bull's eye in Bollywood with this exciting project. He earlier directed 'Gabbar Is Back' with Akshay Kumar.
