Newspaper Lies on Prabhas Missing Awards!

In spite of 'Baahubali' being an industry hit, Young Rebel Star Prabhas hasn't got recognition as the best actor from various award events. Prabhas wasn't adjudged with any categories of awards at Filmfare, CineMAA and SIIMA awards. 

A leading English daily, however, has come to the defense of Prabhas. According to the newspaper's report, unlike other big heroes of Tollywood, Prabhas has no PR team to get the awards. Also, he doesn't show interest in gracing the movie related events. 

Movie patrons, nonetheless, rubbished the report of the newspaper. According to them, except Prince Mahesh, no other big hero has PR team in Tollywood. They also come up with an argument that Power Star Pawan Kalyan doesn't attend any awards event. Even then, he got the best actor awards for 'Atharintiki Daredi'. 

Whatsoever, most of the movie buffs unanimously opine that the standards of all the award agencies have been deteriorated drastically. As Nandi awards turned out to be funny in 2009, the AP government imposed unofficial ban on the awards in subsequent years. Filmfare has also got its standards decreased for the past few years. The biggest criticism being faced by most of the award committees is that they are conferring awards to some of the actors, who flaunt just one or two expressions.
