Vikram Kumar May Not Direct!

kkineni family multi starrer ‘Manam’ from director Vikram Kumar starring Late ANR, Nagarjuna and Naga Chaitanya in male leads was run-away blockbuster in Tollywood. In fact, many other neighboring regional film industries have shown interest in remaking it but none of them got materialized. Finally, Bollywood film maker Sanjay Leela Bhansali evinced the excitement and Vikram Kumar appears to have obliged it.

According to official reports from Vikram Kumar who is currently busy promoting ‘24’ releasing on May 6th, the probability of ‘Manam; Hindi remake is high on Bhansali’s home production banner. Of course, cast and crew are still in finalization process.

‘When I was shooting for ‘24’ in Mumbai, Mr. Bhansali discussed with me on Hindi remake. He is yet to take a final call,’ Vikram Kumar informed media. With ‘13’ franchise to get a new momentum in the form of ‘13 C’ and ’13 D’ in coming days, chances of Vikram to direct ‘Manam’ in Hindi are remote.
