Telangana Chief Minister K. Chandrashekar Rao made it clear that the Telangana Government was firm on its commitment to waive off crop loans up to Rs. 1 lakh.\r\nIntervening during the debate on farmers suicides in State Legislative Assembly on Wednesday, KCR said that the State Government already cleared over Rs. 8,300 crore towards crop loan waiver scheme. However, he admitted of some lapses in the implementation of the scheme as it involves over 36 lakh accounts.&nbsp;\r\nThe Chief Minister also claimed that 24 lakh farmers have already been issued MRO Certificates stating that, \"Your loan is waived off\". Therefore, he said a majority of loan accounts have already been settled and the remaining too would be cleared soon. He said it was illogical on the part of opposition to demand clearance of remaining dues of nearly Rs. 9,000 crore in one take. He said that the government does not get funds in suitcases. It gets revenues on monthly or quarterly basis. Subsequently, it plans its expenditure in a similar fashion.\r\nKCR said revenues were being mobilised from various resources. He said efforts were on to restore the Telangana\'s share under FRBM to 4% from present 3.5% of 14th Finance Commission. He said 0.5% increase would fetch about Rs. 3,000 crore to Telangana. Similarly, Rs. 1,000 crore are likely to be realised through regularisation of land under GO MS No. 59.\r\nThe Chief Minister said he was not going back on his words and the government was making sincere efforts to resolve the present agrarian crisis. He blamed the previous regimes for the intensity of crisis being faced by the Telangana farmers. He said minor irrigation in Telangana was completely ignored during erstwhile united Andhra Pradesh. As a Siddipet MLA, he claimed that he himself tried in vain to get some funds for his constituency. He said that Agriculture University did not serve Telangana farmers and nearly 5,000 posts in Agriculture Department were not filled in Telangana region.\r\nKCR said except for the irrigation projects constructed during Qutub Shahi and Nizam\'s Era, not many additions were made in the irrigation sector by the Andhra rulers. He said Nizam Sagar, world\'s first major irrigation project, was constructed in 1890 by the Nizams. Except for a few areas, the remaining State depended on rainfed crops. Therefore, the crops were hit whenever there were adverse natural conditions. He said that the only permanent solution for agrarian crisis is the provision of water through irrigation projects.\r\nThe Chief Minister said that the State Government was ready to reduce budget allocations for other sectors to help the agriculture sector. He said there should be comprehensive plan to resolve the issue. He admitted of delay in addressing the problem. However, he attributed the delay to bifurcation of staff and allocation of AIS officials. He also admitted that the the 2014-15 budget was unrealistic as the new government had little knowledge of economics and other procedures. He said Chattisgarh and Uttarakhand too faced similar situations for a few months after their formation.\r\nKCR said that the State Government has started resolving the problems. Citing instances, he said that the energy crisis has been resolved for now. He also promised nine hours of power to farmers from April 2016. Further, he said three-phase power would be given to farmers from 2018. He said works on different power projects was on and they would be completed as scheduled.\r\nSimilarly, the Chief Minister claimed that the Mission Kakatiya has revived thousands of lakes and the project has received appreciation from all quarters.\r\nKCR appealed to the farmers not to commit suicide and assured that his government would provide all required assistance to them.

For most of the first half, he spent time introducing various characters, establishing their problems and the proceedings in the court and elevate their emotions before introducing Suriya in an interesting and exciting manner. The slow pace tend to put off viewers as the scenes are predictable till the entry of Suriya.The narration picks up pace with the entry of Suriya and the spiritual elements generated curiosity. The conflict attracts all and though the interval block is routine, the first half ends on a decent note. When one expects a better second half, the narration turns cliched and screenplay goes for a toss. The comedy scenes looked outdated and dragged the narration to the next level.The pre climax is good but inspired by films like Kantara and Pushpa but lacked the strong emotions associated with them. RJ.Balaji followed the similar template in Veerabhadrudu which he did in Nayanthara's Mookuthi Amman except for few variations.The songs tuned by Sai Abhyankar had Tamil flavor. It is difficult to connect cords. His background score at times is good but at other times it turned out to be extremely loud. Kalaivanan's editing is ok but could have been far better. The only saving grace is he included usage of technology in tracking the clues and merging of the videos to prove the sinster design of the criminals. Ravi Babu's screenplay and direction offered nothing new. While the first half though predictable is racy, the second half loses steam during the flashback episode.The background score added value to the narration. It is thumping and helped in maintaining the intensity levels. The Cinematography is in sync with the story and the Narration. Editing is quite good except for few scenes in the second half. Mallesh (Srinath Maganti) has a wretched past and gets addicted to drinking, and after reuniting with his mother Sankaramma (Padma Nimmanagonti), he enters into wedlock with Jyothi (Gayathri Ramana).
However, his macho posture gets a huge shock and where this leads to and what role his friend Veerraju (Rajkumar Kasireddy), Sudhakar (Muralidhar Goud), his father Bikshapathi (Vishwanath Mandalika), Chinna Patel aka Keshav (Rajhessh), his wife Padma (Sai Kamakshi Bhaskarla) form the interesting part.

Srinath Maganti performed well in the lead role. He showed the pain of carrying his childhood happennings and dealing with them and also showed his mass angle showing his prowess with rustic and rugged look. Rajhessh performed well in the role of the antagonist Patel and the scenes featuring him and Srinath stands out. Gayathri Ramana made her debut and she performed well in the role of a innocent young girl who also takes a bold stand while choosing her life partner.
Rajkumar Kasireddy and Muralidhar Goud made their presence felt with their performances. Vishwabath Mandalika is ok in the role of&nbsp; the lead actor's father. Kamakshi Bhaskarla got limited screen presence and in one scene she came up with powerful performance. Others performed according to their roles.

Mension House Mallesh story is penned by Bala Satish. Bala Satish came up with a story in the backdrop of a rustic village atmosphere. The story has no new elements and lacks freshness. It starts in a predictable manner and continues in the same vein right from the start to the finish.
He added mass elements and double-meaning dialogues to appeal to B,C centres. He drew inspiration from the films like Ek Mini Katha and others. He took the core point from such kind of films which viewers were treated with earlier and added mass elements to attract.
Few scenes in the first half may appeal to masses but even they cannot sit through all the drinking scenes at the start. The second half turns out to be a patience tester and pre climax turns out to be little decent before the film comes to a happy ending. The story turned out to be routine and predictable and screenplay turned out to be uni dimensional and convenient. Direction followed the familiar traits.
Suresh Bobbili's background music is according to the story and the narration. The songs are situational and didnot make much impact. Ammamuthu's cinematography highlighted the rustic village atmosphere quite well and in a realistic and natural manner. The editing of Garry.BH is ok but could have been better as there are many repetitive scenes that impacted the flow of the narration. Dialogues are penned to attract the masses. Production values are good.

Sriram (Sivaji) is a honest Panchayat Secretary leading a peaceful life with his wife Uttara (Laya) who craves to get rich and his son Mittu (Rohan) in Horsely Hills. However their life takes a startling turn when Sriram gets involved in a heated argument with the SI Vikram (Prince Cecil). Where this leads to and what role MLA Thimmappa (Sharat Lohitaswa), police&nbsp; officer Sudheer (Dhanraj), Raghava (Ali) form the rest of the narration.

Sivaji did well in the role of a honest person who goes all out to save his family when faced with a difficult situation. He showed good expressions and emotions and his bod language is natural and realistic.
Laya complimented him well as the housewife. She did a good job and delivered dialogues accordingly. Roshan is ok in the role of their son.After a longtime, Prince Cecil is see in a key role and he is ok with is performance.&nbsp; Dhanraj performed in a typical manner in the role of the police officer and it is tailormade for him. Ali's role failed to evoke laughs.
Others like Jabardasth Emmanuel, Raj Tirandasu, Karan,Sharath Lohithaswa played their roles accordingly.

Sampradayani Suppini Suddapoosani story is written by Sudheer Ram. He tried to come up with a hilarious crime thriller and for that he came up with a tried and tested formula. His story drew inspiration from films like Drushyam and many other films alike.
He tried to blend humor and thrills but failed on both fronts. He starts the narration by introducing the protagonist's family as a different one by adding a hilarious touch. However nothing excites. None of the character arcs appeal to viewers as they just pass through the motions and most of the scenes miss logics and had artificial flavor.
The comedy of Sivaji, Laya and Roshan didnot workout as the scenes lacked the strengh and the role of Prince turned out to be silly. Director Sudheer Ram's story, screenplay and direction turned out to be weak and disappointinng. While the first half has routine elements, the second half fared no better as it had artificial elements and this tested the patience of the viewers. Preclimax and Climax turned out to be even more silly.
Cinematography of Ritwik Reddy is ok and BGM of Ranjin Raj is in sync with the narration. The editing of Balu Manoj failed completely. Production values are ok.

However, the director Sudheer Ram came up with a weak story that missed everything. Many such stories came earlier and right from the start till the finish, the script is loaded with artificial elements and illogical scenes. Even on OTT this wouldn't have worked and the makers took a bold decision going for the theatrical release. The makers should have scrutinized the story and script and reworked on the writing before proceeding ahead with the project. Considering all these aspects, Cineosh goes with a 2 star rating for Sampradayani Suppini Suddapoosani.

Jay aka Mrithyunjay (Sree Vishnu), works in a daily and he gets ads for the obituaries with his skills but he aspires to become a crime reporter.&nbsp;
In the midst of all this mysterious deaths make police department to depute ACP Seetha (Reba Monica John) to unravel them.&nbsp;
What is the connection to the obituaries and mysterious deaths , and how it is connected to Saadhu (Veer Aryan), what role his friend Anji (Sudarshan), Satti (Racha Ravi) played from the interesting part.&nbsp;&nbsp;

Sree Vishnu played a completely different&nbsp; role in the film. He slipped into the role effortlessly and did justice to it. He showed good emotions while feeling the pain of a small girl, expressed accordingly when he was not given the crime reporter job and came up with intense expressions while trying to nab the criminal.&nbsp;
Reba Monica John played the role of the ACP.&nbsp; Her role is used just to take the story forward and she didn't get much scope to show her talent. She just passed through the motions.&nbsp;
Veer Aryan played well in the role of the antagonist. He came up with menacing expressions and carried the same through out the film with his body language.
Sudarshan and Racha Ravi are ok in their roles. Others like Ayyappa, Sijju, Aishwarya, Balaaditya, Krishna Koushik, Nandha Gopal, Mirchi Madhavi according to their roles.&nbsp;

Mrityunjay story is penned by Sri Hussain Sha Kiran who worked as the assistant director for Sukumar. He wrote a crime thriller to capture the imagination of all. The narration starts in a slow manner and with Sree Vishnu introduced in a different way, people will be wondering what the director is upto.&nbsp;
However once the mysterious deaths start happening screenplay is in place and the narration picks up pace. Following few cat and mouse games between the hero and the villain, the first half ends with interesting but predictable twist. The second half also continues in the similar manner and the film finally comes to an end bringing the much needed relief to the viewers.&nbsp;
The screenplay is even and uni dimensional for majority of the part. Director tried to come with an investigative thriller, but the so called investigation turns out to be farce. Police are shown as puppets and ACP as a dimwit. Even the race between hero and the villain to go after each other donot excite anyone.
People are witness to such scenes since the olden days and those who expected something new will be completely disappointed. Director missed many logics in the narration and most of the scenes looked silly and even school kids will be laughing instead of getting excited.
Vidya Sagar Chinta's cinematography showed the scenes in a realistic manner. He used the lighting to perfection to show the night scenes in an interesting way. He used the colour combinations accordingly to show the variations in scenes.&nbsp;
Kaala Bhairava with his background music elevated the scenes according to the narration. The editing of Sreekar Prasad is decent except for few repetitive scenes here and there. Production values of Light Box Media, Picture Perfect Entertainment are good.&nbsp;

Where it leads to and what roles CI Krishna Reddy (Murli Sharma), Lakshmi's husband Aditya (Jeeva), her&nbsp; mother (Priyamani), Pediatric Surgeon Tulasi (Radhika Sarathkumar), Justice Uma Maheswar (Rao Ramesh), Lawyer Ramanunam (Prakash Raj), his assistant Swami (Saptagiri), advocate Srikanth (Srikanth Iyengar), Psychiatrist Antony D Souza (Nassar), Principal (Raghu Babu) played in the sensational developments that follow form the interesting part.

Varalakshmi Sarathkumar as usual came up with impactful performance. She showed the pain of the mother who is worried about her missing daughter. She expressed and emoted quite well on the screen and made a strong presence on the screen. She also did well as a caring nurse and also as a girl who falls in love. She tried to carry the film on her shoulders.
Prakash Raj as usual came up with subtle and powerful performance. He delivered dialogues in a hardhitting manner and with his screen presence elevated the scenes.Rao Ramesh is good in the role of a judge.&nbsp; Priyamani is fine in her role as the mother while Radhika Sarathkumar, Nassar and Jeeva played the powerful cameos taking the story forward. Others like Srikanth Iyengar, Mime Gopi, Hareesh Peradi, Raghu Babu, Getup Srinu, Venkat, Niveksha ,Pramila Rani performed according to their roles.

S.Saraswathi story is penned by Varalakshmi Sarathkumar. Varalakshmi planned to touch the contemprary and the burning topic of atroticies on women and how justice is denied to them. She tried to add the medical disorder in order to add surprise element to the proceedings and the investigation process.
Initially at the start, this looked interesting but in her effort to thrill viewers taking them to the new heights, she overdid it and altogether in the end, it turned out to be a laughing stock. Except for the so called medical disorder, everything turned out to be routine and predictable. After the so called surprise elements, viewers can predict everything and this turned out to be the biggest backdrop.
While the story turned out to be routine and monotonous, even the narration and screenplay turned out to be repetitive making it a tedious watch to the viewers. The first half comes to an end with a predictable twist and when one expects a better second half, it turns out to be a disappointment.
With the surprise element coming out, Varalakshmi started beating around the bush and the preachy dialogues in the pre climax and climax didnot inspire any confidence. Finally, S.Saraswathi's good intentions got diluted due to Varalakshmi's over enthusiasm and the flat screenplay and direction.
Thaman's music and songs though situational acted as speedbrakers. His background music is in sync with the story. A.M. Edwin Sakay's cinematograhpy is good and showed the scenes in a realistic and believable manner.
Venkat Raajen's editing left a lot to be desired. There are many scenes that turned out to be repetitive and slowed the pace of the narration.
Production values of Dosa Diaries are good.

What happens when a beautiful girl (Meera Raj) enters his life. Where this leads to form the rest of the developments.&nbsp;

Sai Simhadri played the lead role. He looked overaged for the lead role and also one gets a feeling he is not of a hero&nbsp; material. He needs to hone his acting skills to reach the next level.
Vinod Kumar is good in the role of the father. He showed the pain of a father when a son goes wayward and makes no efforts to mend himself. His&nbsp; looks however donot appeal to all. Meera Raj who played the female lead performed according to the situation. She looked gorgeous in some scenes on the screen.
Inturi Vasu is fine in the role and others performed as per their roles.

Though the intention is right, many such films came earlier and the story offered nothing new. The narration starts on a predictable note and from then on the entire first half treads with routine and monotonous elements and few irritating stuff with over the top and silly dialogues from both the father and son. When the first half ends, viewers heave a sigh of relief , expecting a better second half.
The second half continues in the same vein with many illogical scenes. However couple of scenes in the run up to the pre climax and climax adds value and connect chords of some viewers. Finally the film ends in a predictable happy manner. Screenplay looked forced and the direction treaded in an aimless manner.
Amarnath's editing left a lot to be desired. There are many scenes that looked out of sync and unnecessary to the proceedings. However, he couldn't be faulted as the story itself turned out to be weak. VRK Naidu's cinematography is as per the story and did justice to the scenes. The music is tuned by Rishi is turns out to be average. Songs at times acted a speedbrakers. The background score is ok. Dialogues are artificial and so too are most of the scenes. Production values are just average.
