Pawan; The Common Leader for Janasena & BJP

When Power Star Pawan Kalyan launched 'Janasena' political party but decided to stay away from contesting the general elections in 2014, his fans were disappointed. Since he formed an alliance with the BJP and the TDP, it was inevitable for his fans to cast their vote to the grand alliance. Eventually, the TDP got into the power in AP.

And now, what could be Pawan Kalyan's stand in 2019s elections? Will he become a full time politician? Going by the current trends, the BJP high command has decided to make Pawan Kalyan as the supreme leader of their party for AP state. But then, Pawan Kalyan is against to the merger of his party such that he will act as the common leader of both the BJP and Janasena.

It is also being said that Pawan Kalyan is not interested to contest in 2019 as well. In such scenario, he may continue extending his support to both BJP and TDP. However, as the craze of the BJP and the TDP erode in faster pace, the parties may not win the elections battle despite Pawan Kalyan's support. It must be remembered that the difference of vote share between the TDP and YSR CP was just less than 2% in 2014 elections. On the other hand, the Congress party in AP is likely to be strengthened by 2019. It then remains to be seen what decision would be taken up by Pawan Kalyan for 2019's elections.
