Death of Aarthi Agarwal and that too with a failed Liposuction is like heart breaking news for Telugu film lovers. Very rarely do we see talented and beautiful girls like Aarthi who began her career at a very teenage of 16 years and ended it all by just 31. 

The rise and fall of Aarthi shows the dangerous, risky side of heroines in glamour industry. What’s so shocking to hear is, Aarthi planned to undergo Lipo only to get herself fit for one of a prestigious film offer ready to fall in her kitty.

Aarthi was although born and bought up in the USA; she made Hyderabad as her second birth place with the love and affection shown from Telugu people. After ‘Ranam 2,’ there was criticism on Aarthi’s plump look and she was unable to face it. So, Aarthi has reportedly approached a cosmetic surgeon in Hyderabad for a Liposuction treatment. 

However, the Doctor warned her of possible life threats because there was no fat in her body except in tummy portions and this is also not the first time, she withstood the same treatment. Instead, Aarthi overlooked the caution and went to New Jersey for getting the same treatment done, finally to put a tragic full stop.

If Aarthi would have followed the vigilant caution from our Hyderabad based doctor, it would have been a different scenario altogether.
