Three Some Attack on ‘Lion’

Summer being a best season for big films due to holiday season, people will be in enjoyment mood with cinema always as their first choice of entertainment. Although big films stand in competition in this period, small and medium films don’t show much of concern when makers are confident of their output. Looks like Nandamuri Balakrishna ‘Lion’ is going to face the heat from three movies planned of hitting the screens on same day of May 1.

In the list, ‘Where is Vidya Balan’ with over pumping star cast appears to be a full length comedy entertainer is to be joined by ‘Dagudumootha Dandakor,’ remade from ‘Saivam’ is sure to have critics and class applause. This film is coming from two big names of Krrish and Ramoji Rao with Rajendra Prasad, the newly elected MAA President as hero. Third one is, Manchu Lakshmi Prasanna’s ‘Dongata’ assumed to be a youthful entertainer.

At the same time, the post production works of ‘Lion’ are known to be in last stages. So, it could be doubtful on whether the relatively new producer Rudrapati Ramana Rao can complete all the formalities to arrange for an on time release. We might get more clarity in next three to four days.
