AP Loses Second Budget Match in a Row!

On one hand, Indian cricket team is walking on moon by winning three back to back one day cricket matches in world cup cricket while on the other, Andhra Pradesh state is facing humiliating defeats against railway and annual Budget matches. Suresh Prabhu, the railway minister, has won the man of the match award by turning down special railway zone to Vizag and not sanctioning even a single new train to the AP state.

Meanwhile, Arun Jaitely has been conferred the man of the match today, as he played a key role in defeating AP state for not announcing special status to AP, not allocating funds to AP's new capital, allocating a sample of Rs.100 crores for Polavaram project and sanctioning not so useful IIM in the state. According to the analysts, the captain of Andhra Pradesh, Chandrababu Naidu has been failed in pressurizing the union Budget team and so is the defeat.
