Puri Jagannadh, Nagarjuna collaborating together

Dashing director Puri Jagannadh and King Nagarjuna have had a successful collaboration in the past with two films, "Super" and "Shivamani." While "Super" performed averagely, "Shivamani" emerged as a blockbuster.

However, they didn't collaborate again after that, except for working on someone else's project. But after two decades, news has leaked that they are coming together again for a new film. Recently, they had a discussion at Puri's Annapurna studio, and it is rumored that Nagarjuna liked the storyline and agreed to be a part of it. The film is said to be a pure Puri Jagannadh-style action story with a touch of fantasy.

More details about the project are expected to be revealed after the release of "Double iSmart." Puri Jagannadh is currently occupied with the shooting of another film starring Ram. "Double Smart," which was delayed due to elections, will be released soon, and the focus will then shift to the Puri-Nag collaboration.

The script for their film is ready, and Nagarjuna is also ready to allocate dates for the project. Currently, Nagarjuna is filming for Kammula's "Kubhera" and has completed his part. Additionally, he is working on a multi-starrer film directed by a newcomer named Naveen. However, it seems that Nagarjuna is considering collaborating with Puri before starting the shoot for Naveen's film.
