The Andhra Pradesh High Court on Friday gave a relief to two Telugu Desam corporators by staying the trial in connection with attack on lawyers for three weeks.

The two TDP corporators -- Singireddy Srinivas Reddy of Saidabad and Bhanu Prasad of Hydernagar in Kukatpally, who were involved in a case on the charges of assaulting lawyers during the dharna at Indira Park, approached the High Court petitioning to hold the trial for some time.

Accepting the corporators petition, the Court stayed the trial for three weeks and posted the hearing of the petition for another four weeks.

Earlier, the High Court dismissed the petition of TDP leaders seeking bail in the case.
