Justice B.N Srikrishna, appointed to make consultations on the situation in Andhra Pradesh, said the committee members will visit Hyderabad in March first week to seek the suggestions and views from public, political parties and stakeholders on the state bifurcation issue.

Speaking to newsmen after meeting the five-member panel to chalk out its future course of action here on Thursday, Justice Srikrishna said the panel had appealed to eight recognised political parties in the state to submit their views by March 22.

The Commission has no objection to receiving views of state party units or their high commands on the bifurcation of the state. He said the commission would hold its next convention in Hyderabad to hear views of the people and parties.

He asked all political parties and groups concerned to cooperate with the panel in its dispassionate functioning and to submit its report within the deadline.

The views and suggestions can be in the form of memorandum and letters and should be sent to the committee within a month's time. The Commission after eliciting the views of the people would study them for nearly two months to come to a final conclusion, he pointed out.
