Former Union Minister Bandaru Dattatreya hailed the hailed the verdict of Terrorist and Disruptive Activities (Prevention) Act (TADA) court in awarding the capital and Life term, Jail  punishments to the Terrorists in Mumbai Blasts that occurred 24 years ago i.e., on 12.03.1993 killing 257 innocents and injuring 713 others. 

Dattatraya hailed the spirit of Democracy, the Rule of Law and the Strong Judicial Roots prevailing in India and the culprits were punished at last. He expressed his surprise and dismay on the absconding of 33 key culprits like Dawood Ibrahim Kaskar, Ibrahim Mustaq Memon alias Tiger Memon, and Javed Dawood Tailor alias Javed Chikna who are taking the refuge in Pakistan. He condemned Pakistan in sheltering protecting and encouraging the Terrorists in its land. Dattatraya expressed his sorrow that Pakistan is not still realizing its attitude towards Terrorism in spite of the International alienation.

Bandaru Dattatraya stated that terrorism has no place in the Human Society and has to end one day and the court decision is a great step in this direction.
