Telangana TDP Working President and MLA A. Revanth Reddy has dismissed the claims of Chief Minister K. Chandrashekar Rao on TDP losing its relevance and existence in Telangana State.

Speaking after felicitating party leader Uma Devi, who got elected as MPTC from Gomadaveli in Lingala mandal of Jangaon district, at NTR Trust Bhavan here on Thursday, Revanth Reddy accused the Chief Minister of misleading the people. He said that the TDP was still active across the Telangana State and it enjoys the people's support. He said that the election of Uma Devi as the MPTC has proved the strength and existence of TDP in Telangana. He alleged that the Chief Minister was able to buy out a few TDP leaders. But the TDP cadre was still with the party and it would bring the party back to power in next elections.
