Further, 317 desilting works; 50 bus bays; 100 public toilets; 21 graveyards; 13 model markets have been completed. He said that BT roads were delayed due to tender recall whie graveyard works were delayed due to tender process. He said that the State Government had spent Rs. 910 crore on construction and repair of city roads. Blaming the previous Congress government for bad condition of roads, he said only Rs. 250 crore were spent on roads from the year 2007 to 2013 while Rs. 490 crore were spent in 2008-09.
