Tpcc Working President Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka lashed out at the TRS government saying that it was imposing a huge burden of Rs 80,000 Crore on the people of the state by taking up the redesigning of irrigation projects.

The Congress leader came down heavily on Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao saying that he was taking up these projects only to benefit TRS leaders and his relatives. He wondered as to why the TRS leaders were celebrating when the state interests were actually mortgaged to the neighbouring state. There was actually nothing that the state had benefitted from the pact, but the TRS leaders were celebrating as if the state benefitted with the pact on irrigation projects, he said.

Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao on Wednesday had threatened the opposition leaders saying that cases will be slapped for making false allegations on the TRS Government.
