Saying that it was unfortunate that AP Government called for the Assembly session after six months and that too for a shorter duration, he said that the people of the State were facing a host of problems, the farming community is in distress due to drought like condition and these issues need an extensive discussion to solve them. However, he said that the state government was washing off its hands by conducting a short duration Assembly Session. When will the issues like special category status to AP, Polavaram and others issues be discussed if the Session is for four or five days, he asked.
