The schedule for Telangana Chief Minister K. Chandrashekar Rao's visit to Amravati has been finalised.

Besides attending the foundation stone laying ceremony of Amravati, the new capital of Andhra Pradesh, KCR would also visit Nalgonda and Medak on Thursday to lay foundation stones for 2BHK housing schemes.

The Chief Minister will leave for Nalgonda district on Wednesday evening and would make a night halt at Suryapet. On Thursday, he would fly to Amravati in a helicopter at 10.15 AM and reach there at 10.45 AM.  After participating in the ceremony, he will return to Suryapet at 4 PM and will the foundation stone for construction of 2BHK houses at Galla Bazar.

At 4.30 PM, he will fly to Yerravelli of Medak district to lay foundation stone for 2BHK houses. He will also celebrate Dassera festival in Yerravelli village. He will also visit Narsannapet at 6 PM to launch the 2BHK scheme works.

Meanwhile, due to visit of Governor ESL Narasimhan and Chief Minister to Amravati for foundation stone laying ceremony, the launch of 2BHK houses at IDH Colony has been postponed. KCR was scheduled to inaugurate the houses on the occasion of Dassera festival.
