Speaking to media persons at Gandhi Bhavan here on Friday, Bhatti said that the State Government was non-committal on clearing the remaining dues of crop loan waiver scheme in a single installment. He said that the government was evading a concrete statement on the issue and for the same reason, the Assembly was abruptly adjourned on Thursday.

Bhatti said that the Telangana farmers were in distress due to deficient rainfall and non-clearance of their loans. However, the State Government was not taking any measures to resolve the crisis. He said that the entire opposition got united on the issue and a No Confidence Motion would be moved if the State Government does not soften its stand towards farmers.
