Jeevan Reddy demands CBI probe into "KCR-Naidu deal"

Congress MLA T Jeevan Reddy on Monday alleged that Chief Ministers of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh, K Chandrashekhar Rao and N Chandrababu Naidu respectively, have entered into a secret deal to hush up the issues of 'Case for Vote' and 'phone tapping'.

Speaking to media persons in Assembly premises here, Jeevan Reddy reminded the AP Ministers of their announcements wherein they claimed that four IPS and two IAS officers would be arrested in two days in alleged phone tapping case. Similarly, the TRS leaders claimed that many more people would be served notices and arrested in 'Cash for Vote' case. "Both the Telangana ACB and AP's CID have fell silent. This was done as a part of secret deal entered into by Naidu and KCR," he said.

Jeevan Reddy said both the TDP and TRS made a hue and cry over the issue only to divert people's attention from the failures of their governments. He also condemned the silence adopted by the Governor and Centre over these developments in Telangana and AP.
