The Telangana State Anti-Corruption Bureau (Acb) is all set to serve notice to Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu in the 'Cash for Vote' case.

Telangana Director General of Police Anurag Sharma, who was accompanied with Hyderabad Police Commissioner M Mahender Reddy, called on Governor ESL Narasimhan at Raj Bhavan on Tuesday and reportedly briefed him on the latest developments in the 'Cash for Vote' case. He is learnt to have furnished evidences that show Naidu's involvement in the 'Cash for Vote' case in which TDP MLA A Revanth Reddy was caught red-handed on May 31 while trying to bribe nominated MLA Elvis Stephenson. He reportedly got formal approval from the Governor to serve the notice on the AP Chief Minister.

Meanwhile, Acb Director General A.K.Khan met Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao to brief him on the issue.

The meetings of two top police officials with the Governor and Chief Minister in a span of one hour gave clear indications that Naidu would be served the notice.

Later, the Hyderabad Police Commissioner also met A.K.Khan and reportedly discussed the impact on Law and Order situation in Hyderabad after Naidu is served notice. The city police has also increased the security around Forensic Science Laboratory where the video and audio tapes related to the case are being tested.

The Acb is also preparing to question TDP candidate in MLC elections Vem Narendra Reddy and other leaders.
