The court permitted Revanth Reddy to cast his vote in the MLC elections held in Assembly premises. Later, he was sent to Chanchalguda Central Prison where he was given Admission No. 1779.

Meanwhile, Revanth Reddy's lawyers move a bail petition in the Acb Court. They also filed a separate petition seeking Special Category prisoner status to Revanth Reddy in Chanchalguda Jail. Although the court took up hearing on bail petition, it adjourned it for Tuesday as the Acb sought time to file its counter.

The TDP MLA has allegedly offerred a bribe of Rs 5 crore to Elvis to cast his vote in favour of TDP candidate in MLC elections and paid Rs 50 lakh cash. The entire act was filmed by the Acb who caught Revanth Reddy red handed. He has been booked under Prevention of Corruption Act.
