Naidu leaves for Delhi for CMs conference

Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu is headed to New Delhi to attend the Joint Conference of Chief Ministers and Chief Justices of High Courts.

In the backdrop of the joint conference to be held on Sunday, the Chief Minister will attend the dinner hosted by the Prime Minister tonight.

The joint conference is being held to seek the views of states (on behalf of the Chief Ministers) on the 253rd report of the Law Commission of India titled “Commercial Division and Commercial Appellate Division of High Courts and Commercial Courts Bill, 2015.”

In this regard, the Central government will hold the conference tomorrow starting at 10 am where the Prime Minister will make an address.

This will be followed by session with Chief Ministers and Chief Justices which will be chaired by the Chief Justice of India.
