CM, Seemandhra ministers to resign on Thursday?

Chief Minister N Kiran Kumar Reddy is likely to resign from the post on Thursday.

According to sources, the Chief Minister is most likely to put in his papers immediately after the tabling of Telangana Bill in Lok Sabha at 12 noon on Thursday. The Chief Minister gave clear indication to this effect on Wednesday. When asked for comment on the current situation, Kiran Kumar Reddy replied, "Tomorrow is the last day.” When asked to elaborate on what he meant by "last day", he evaded a direct reply and said, "Tomorrow is the last day for state Assembly’s session”.

However, analysts say that Kiran Kumar Reddy has made up his mind to resign immediately after the tabling of Telangana Bill in Parliament. Further, almost all Seemandhra ministers are likely to submit their resignations along with the Chief Ministers.
