The Congress party will file a complaint with Speaker Nadendla Manohar on Friday seeking disqualification of nine MLAs who defied party whip to vote in support of No Confidence Motion against Kiran Kumar Reddy Government.

The decision was taken after Pradesh Congress Committee president Botsa Satyanarayana had a detailed discussion on the issue with Union Health Minister and AICC General Secretary In-charge of AP Ghulam Nabi Azad in the national capital on Thursday. Botsa reportedly told Azad that nine MLAs were inclined towards the YSR Congress party and that's why they voted against the government.
