Mass resignations looming large in CBN TDP. As anticipated by many, the realignment of seats between TDP and Janasena has begun to stir new issues. While there are concerns about potential fraud if Janasena leaders secure key positions within TDP, the focus has temporarily shifted from Janasena to internal turmoil within TDP.

Following the release of the first list, a wave of resignations is making headlines, hinting at deeper internal issues. Speculations suggest that this is just the beginning of a larger upheaval within TDP, with comments indicating that the party will be in turmoil within 24 hours of the first list's release.

In several key constituencies, discontent is palpable, with reports of party flags being burned, key leaders preparing resignation letters, and some even considering running as independents. Observers warn that this discontent could escalate into a full-blown storm for the party.

The Rayachoti Constituency in Annamaiya District has become a focal point of this turmoil, particularly with Ramesh Reddy, the constituency in-charge, openly rebelling against Chandrababu over the ticket allocation to Mandipalli Ramprasad Reddy. His rebellion has led to 11 cluster in-charges, 286 booth committee members, six PMPs, 20 ITDP members, and former ZPTC members resigning from TDP in protest.

Similarly, in Visakha West and Pedana, tensions are high. Pasharla Prasad bid farewell to TDP after the Visakha West ticket was given to PGVR Naidu (Ganababu). In Pedana, the allocation of the ticket to Kahira Krishna Prasad instead of ex-Deputy Speaker Booragadda Vedavyas has sparked controversy, with Vedavyas hinting at contesting as an independent due to his family's longstanding association with the constituency.

Overall, the situation within TDP appears volatile, with discontent brewing among various leaders and members. The coming days will reveal how many disaffected TDP members will turn into rebels, potentially impacting the party's prospects in the upcoming elections.
