Happy Birthday To Talented Director Venky Atluri

Venky Atluri is a director of just four films old. But, he made his own mark in dealing love stories with emotional angle. He showcases the problems between lovers in a subtle way. In all his films which are love stories, the problem arises due to conflict between the lead pair only. He tries to portray confusions and fears of lead characters while getting into a serious relationship. 

Venky Atluri entered into fil lms ad an actor with Sneha Geetham in 2010. Later he turned into writer for two films, Its My Love Story and Kerintha. After a brief time he comes up with his own script and directed Tholi Prema starring Varun Tej and Raashii Khanna. The film became a superhit with breezy love story and music. Tholi Prema earned him recognition as director of youtful films with matured commentary. 

Venky Atluri made two films with Akhil Akkineni as Mr Majnu and Rang De starring Nithiin. Both are love stories dealing with conflicts between lead pair and both the films have very good soundtrack. Mr Majnu and Rang De became decent successes at the boxoffice. 

Venky has changed his course as a director and came out of his comfort zone with Dhanush starrer SIR / Vaathi. The film was made as a Telugu Tamil bilingual marking the first film of Dhanush in Telugu. He deals with serious issues like education system and caste system in SIR. He came out with flying colours making the film a blockbuster in both Telugu and Tamil.
