Samantha Injured Herself On The Sets

Samantha is such actor who gives it all for the character. She is recently started performing stunts since Family Man web series. Her last film Yashoda also has intense stunt sequences performed by Samantha. She took special training and did the stunts in an impressive manner without any stunt double. Priyanka Chopra is doing the American version of 'Citadel' by Avengers fame director duo Russo Brothers. 

While Samantha is doing Indian version of 'Citadel' web series directed by Family Man and Farzi fame director duo Raj & DK co- starring Varun Dhawan. The official announcement was out recently. She's currently shooting for Citadel with Varun Dhawan and has dropped a picture where her hands can be seen injured. She wrote, "perks of action". Her co-star Varun also dropped a picture of him with blood on his forehead on his story and said, "Rough night". 

Samantha is gearing up for her next release Shaakuntalam which will be a Pan India Release on April 14th. The Mythological love story is based on play written by Kalidasa about Shakunthala - King Dushyanth . Gunasekhar is directing while his daughter Neelima Guna is jointly producing the film along with Dil Raju.
