Chiranjeevi About Charan's Gift

Mega Star Chiranjeevi is currently busy shooting for his upcoming entertainer Sye Raa which is progressing at a brisk pace in the direction of Surender Reddy. Chiranjeevi for the first time is donning the role of a freedom fighter on screen with the biopic on Uyyalawada Narasimha Reddy. 

It is known that Chiranjeevi on many occasions revealed his dream of starring in the role of a freedom fighter like Bhagat Singh but he couldn't realize his dream. The other day, while speaking at TSR awards function, Chiranjeevi shared the secret about his son Ram Charan's memorable gift. 

He said, “I told Ram Charan the he was lucky enough to get a film like Magadheera in which he donned royal outfits when he signed his second film. I also remarked that I never got that opportunity to star in a period drama. Ram Charan kept that in mind and decided to gift Sye Raa for me by producing the film all by himself."

Sye Raa is scheduled for release during Dussehra.
