Can You Imagine Anyone Else As Chitti?

Rajinikanth-Shankar’s 2.0 which released across the world is attracting everyone with the super star’s mannerisms and stunning visuals. However director Shankar and producer Subhaskaran of Lyca Productions spent sleepless nights while proceeding ahead with 2.0.

Buyers experienced tensions as Shankar’s previous film I- Manoharudu did not do well at the box office and the huge budget of 2.0. Apart from it, lack of songs in the film too scared buyers who expressed their doubts.

Shankar too experienced tensions when he readied the story for Robot sequel and narrated the same to Rajinikanth. Much to his shock, the super star asked him to do the film with others as he was unwell.

Shankar said, during that time he planned to do 2.0 with Bollywood Badshah Shah Rukh Khan. Mr Perfectionist Amir Khan too said that Shankar contacted him for 2.0.

However, Shankar got excited as Rajini recovered and completed Lingaa shooting and gave green signal for 2.0. Had Rajini not done 2.0, can people imagine anyone else in the role of Chitti?
