TRS government headed by CM KCR boasts that they served the people ably and worked for the overall development. They are now seeking second term with leaders like KCR, KTR, Kavitha and Harish Rao trumpeting the so called achievements of the government.
However the right thinking people are criticizing lack of facilities and services and lethargy in government establishment. Yesterday, Mahanati director Nag Ashwin fired on KTR posing tough questions exposing the government establishments after Yevade Subrahmanyam cinematographer Rakesh Erukulla was left without treatment at Gandhi Hospital for 3 hours with injuries after he was shifted to the hospital following a road accident which led to his tragic demise.
Nag Aanhin came up with following powerful posts questioning KTR.
"My friend died in gandhi hospital on sunday. he was alive for 3 hours after they brought him from the accident. as it was sunday there was no proper care, the parents had to push the stretcher around themselves. at any other hospital 3 hours would have saved him.
my sister worked at gandhi and she says she can imagine.. on a sunday night...why didn't they shift him somewhere else...i don't know...they were in panic..but really..in the capital of a state, why can't we count on a government hospital to rush to save a life. sunday or any day
what can we do @KTRTRS sir to make sure that the word 'government hospital' need not be synonymous with carelessness and death. my friend was easily one of the best cameramen we have in the state. i don't know whom else to ask sir. nobody should die needlessly."
KTR who was busy with election campaigning finally responded in the following manner.
"Am really sorry you lost your friend Nag. My condolences to his family & friends. While the hospital says the patient was brought in a really bad shape, I am sure there are lots of improvements needed in our hospitals & assure you that we’ll make this a top priority next."
Apparently, KTR who didn’t expect this kind of indictment at this point of time, when D-Day for elections date is fast approaching goes defense mode!
